This site collects as little as it can: what you type into the contact form, and cookieless page-view counts.

What the contact form collects
Your name, email address, company or project, the kind of help you are looking for, your description of the workflow or evaluation problem, and an optional timeline. Please do not include confidential records or credentials.
Where submissions go
The form is processed by Formspree, which stores the submission and forwards it to hello@holdout.cc. We read it there and reply by email. We use it only to respond to your inquiry and discuss possible work, and we do not sell or share it for marketing.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views. It does not set cookies or use local storage for tracking, and it does not build a profile of you, so there is no cookie banner. It records aggregate information such as the page visited, the referring site, and the browser and country.
The site itself remembers one preference in your browser if you use the theme switch in the footer: light, dark or system. That value never leaves your device.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries for 24 months after our last exchange, unless the inquiry becomes a contract. Analytics data is aggregate and kept by the provider under its own retention policy.
Deletion and questions
To see, correct or delete what you sent us, email hello@holdout.cc. We will delete it from our inbox and ask Formspree to delete the stored submission.
